Can't Find the Home You're Looking For? Let's Get You a NEW One!

Maybe cooking 18 meals a day wouldn't be as bad if you were in the kitchen of your dreams?

While the current situation has been trying for most families, to say the least, it has been quite difficult for those who have been juggling working at home, remote learning, multi-generational homes, and any other situation where they are just needing some space.  Right now most people just want a place inside or outside, to call their own, to just relax, without interruption; or even, just a place big enough to have the family together without sitting on top of each other.

If this is the case for you, like most, you have probably been scrolling through homes on Zillow, or Realtor.com, and you are not finding anything you love.  Why?  There is still a low inventory or preexisting homes on the market, so you don't have much to choose from.  Also, because of how much time you have been spending at home, you may now want different things, or NEED specific rooms, or layouts you hadn't considered before.

Well, guess what?! All is not hopeless, there are quite a few options available to you, and they come with some pretty good incentives.

Now, as you can tell from my title, I am talking about getting you into a NEW home, and for some that may have already started your mind racing about how that is not an option for you for whatever reason.  But, since I was once of the same mindset, I want to share some information with you that may help you decide you whether a brand new home may be the answer for.

First, as mentioned before, the current inventory on the market for pre existing homes is still low.  What has changed is that builders have increased their inventory on the market which means you can choose from homes they have already built waiting for you, or you can start from the ground up.

Second, builders have started noticing the median price range for buyers has hovered around $299,000, so they have now started building in the price range where buyers are purchasing.  That isn't to say you have to have a budget of $299,000, or you don't get a new home.  There are New Build Home options in some communities starting at $180,000.

What does that mean for you?  Affordable pricing and LOW interest rates, means you can get the home of your dreams without the hassle of viewing 15-20 homes, having to bid against other buyers, and being forced to negotiate closing costs and repairs with the current owner.

And, for those of you you who are ready to Go BIG, and GO Home, builders are also offering Luxury Models in most communities as an option too.

Finally, most importantly with either pricing option you choose, do not forget that while most builders do offer incentives, such as closing costs, upgrades, and appliance packages, working with me as your agent will offer you additional knowledge, support, and guidance throughout the process.  Not to mention, our New Home Commission Rebate program.

If you made it this far, and are ready to discuss your next steps, please call, or text me, and we can chat over coffee.  My direct phone number is 210.896.5908.  You can also reach out on any social media platform, or go directly to my website at www.thevaleroteam.com.
